Marcos & Laura’s came up from Miami with their group of friends to Nashville for a fun long weekend. They then opted to elope while they were here surprising all their friends with a trendy Nashville wedding!

They all booked rooms at Bode in downtown Nashville. Weddings & Events by Raina then quickly got to work sourcing vendors to create the perfect romantic atmosphere in their courtyard. We are so glad that Ivory Door Studio was there to artfully capture all the beautiful details as they made memories with those that they love the most.

The day began with the bride and her besties primping and pampering. Everything from hair to expertly applied makeup…they certainly looked amazing!

While the ladies were getting themselves gorgeous, Marcos and his men were also busy primping. Don’t they look dapper?

Everyone kept asking to see both Laura and Marcos’ beautiful rings. Why wouldn’t they? Laura had a stunning eternity band paired with a square cut solitaire for a sleek and elegant look. Marcos had a beautiful hand hammered gold band. They were perfectly paired, just like the newlyweds themselves.

Bode Nashville was the perfect backdrop for their trendy Nashville wedding ceremony. The officiant from Elope In Tennessee united them in matrimony with a ceremony that brought laughter and happy tears to all in attendance. Once the rings were exchanged, they kissed and were pronounced husband and wife. Cheers could be heard all around. (And not just from the other tourists looking on from their balconies!!)

The gorgeous white ivory and subtle navy accents in Laura’s bouquet were absolutely beautiful. The roses and anemones were accented with lush varieties of eucalyptus for a hint of summertime greenery. The bouquet and matching boutonniere were perfectly paired with the centerpieces on each table. Such a stunning array of blossoms by Larson Floral Co.!

Publix never disappoints when it comes to creating the most delicious cakes. This vanilla and creme filled cake was accented with sparkling sugar that made it twinkle and shimmer in the sun. They were all too excited to cut into it, too! Decorated with beautiful blossoms from Larson Floral Co. it was a perfect pairing to the bridal bouquet.

Laura in her elegant summer weight lace dress. Marcos in his custom made slim sit navy suit. What a lovely couple! And these two couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. They are so very much in love! It is clear to everyone that they absolutely adore each other.

Knowing that they were going to surprise their friends with their Nashville wedding, Laura and Marcos invited two musician friends to perform. There is no shortage of talent in Nashville, but these two gentlemen were a rare treat! As they enjoyed their first dance, many commented how they have never met two people who were better suited for one another. Both free spirited, creative and incredibly caring. They are just the sweetest couple!

Finally, it was time for the lovely lovebirds to make their way to their wedding brunch at Marsh House. Their friends sent them off to loud cheers as they made their way downtown in their fully decorated car announcing their newlywed status.
