Christopher and Erica’s rustic autumn wedding at Wild Turkey Ranch was beautiful and romantic. We are so glad that Ivory Door Studio was there to artfully capture all the lovely details as they made memories with those that they love the most.

The day began with Kelsy Nicholson, an expert stylist who primped and pampered the bride for her Wild Turkey Ranch Wedding. Everything from hair to expertly applied makeup…she certainly looked amazing! We were so excited for her to see the groom during the first look!

Once hair, makeup and bridal bonding was complete Erica’s amazing bride tribe assisted her into her beautiful bridal gown. The lovely lace gown hugged her curves and floated as she walked. With the delicate off the shoulder sleeves and beaded accents at the plunging back she looked like a princess. You have to agree…she was a showstopper!

While Erica was busy getting gorgeous for her Wild Turkey Ranch wedding, Christopher was donning his suit. We thought that he looked quite dapper. Don’t you? We know that while he certainly won’t be able to take his eyes off of Erica. In his red suit with floral tie, we are sure the feeling will be mutual!

Everyone kept asking to see Erica’s engagement ring. Why wouldn’t they? Her ring was absolutely lovely with the delicate halo of diamonds surrounding the soft pink center stone. It was perfectly paired with the diamond wedding band that fit right around in. It makes for a perfect pair, just like Christopher and Erica!

Christopher and Erica’s bridal party was absolutely gorgeous! The bridesmaids, wore flowing blush dresses with bright bouquets of red, pink and white. The groom’s men wore crimson pants with white shirts, crimson pants and floral ties to match the groom in his handsome red suit. Everyone looked beautiful and coordinated perfectly for such a special day. It was clear that both Christopher and Erica had put a lot of thought into their wedding day design. All of the colors popped against each other wonderfully.

Erica and Christopher’s romantic autumn wedding at Wild Turkey Ranch was an event to remember. The lush green ceremony area was filled with love and laughter. Family and friends gathered to witness the union of two special souls. The ceremony, held outdoors next to a beautiful, wooded area was surrounded by tall cedar trees and rolling hills. The sun slowly set as they exchanged their vows, creating a stunning backdrop for pictures that will be cherished for years to come. Afterwards, guests enjoyed delicious food, drinks, and dancing under the stars. It was an evening of pure joy and bliss that Erica and Christopher will never forget.

We need to put the spotlight on these little angels. The flower girls were simply adorable as they sprinkled petals down the aisle. Afterward, they had so much fun dancing the night away. It was clear that these two had become fast friends and would be inseparable going forward. From that day forward, it was a special bond filled with joy and laughter between them. They embraced each other like the best of friends, giggling wherever they went. As the night finished out, neither wanted them to part ways. The flower girls said their goodbyes with the promise of seeing one another again soon.

Erica and Christopher’s first look before their wedding ceremony was nothing short of romantic. As Erica stepped out from behind the cedar glade, Christopher’s breath hitched in awe. She was wearing a beautiful fitted lace dress with a delicate v-neck and plunging back that sparkled with dangling beading. They embraced in an intimate hug and the emotion was palpable between them. It was clear to everyone there that these two were deeply in love and ready to embark on their new journey as husband and wife.

The gorgeous crimson, blush, and bouquets created by Flowers by Delfino were accented with lush eucalyptus. These beautiful bouquets were the perfect accent for an autumn wedding in Tennessee. Who couldn’t be wowed by Erica’s beautiful bouquet of dahlias, roses, carnations and strawflower. Such a stunning array of blossoms!
The ceremony arbor was decked out with large floral sprays matching the bridal bouquet and the reception tables also mirrored their beauty. The long farm tables were decorated with floating candles and winding garlands of greenery and flowers. The circular tables featured compote bowls bursting with blooms. Beautiful bouquets everywhere where you looked!

Mission BBQ offered everything from Nashville’s signature sides to the amazing brisket, pulled pork and chicken they are so well known for. With so many offerings the guests were quite well fed.

Julia’s Homestyle Bakery created a beautiful strawberry cake with nearly naked icing for Erica & Christopher’s wedding day. Talk about the perfect flavor to match the decor! They were all too excited to cut into that beautiful cake. Trust us, it was as delicious as it looks!

Erica and Christopher’s romantic first dance at their Wild Turkey Ranch wedding was a truly beautiful moment. They danced to “This Is Why I Love You” by Major. Embracing tightly, they swayed in each other’s arms. Soaking up the love of their family and friends who surrounded them. The room was filled with admiration as everyone watched the two newlyweds share such an intimate moment. As they floated across the room, it was clear that their bond ran much deeper than just physical attraction. It was evident that this couple had found true and lasting love. Erica and Christopher continued dancing well after the song finished, leaving everyone feeling inspired by their love.

This tradition always gets us tearing up. Erica and her Dad were certainly no exception. It was absolutely clear that she is the apple of his eye. The two of them danced to the song “Dance with my Daughter” by Jason Blaine. It was an emotional and beautiful moment that we will never forget! Erica’s father had tears in his eyes as he hugged her at the end of their dance. This is a memory that neither of them will soon forget.

Geraldine danced with her son Christopher with great joy to “Sweetest Devotion” by Adele. As they tore up the dance floor, Christopher looked at her with love and appreciation for all she had done for him throughout his life. A few tears of joy were shed as the two embraced at the end of this special moment. The guests cheered and clapped as the music played, delighted to witness such a heartwarming scene between mother and son.

The wedding toast at Christopher and Erica’s wedding was beautiful. They were surrounded by their closest family and friends who all looked on as the best man shared heartfelt words of love. He spoke eloquently about the bond he and the groom share. His mutual admiration with Christopher for the beautiful bride. And how excited he was about their future together. It was a special moment that will be remembered for years to come. This toast brought smiles and happy tears to everyone who shared in the joyous occasion. Holding their margaritas and Crown Apple with cranberry juice, signature cocktails selected by Erica and Christopher, cheers of love were shared all around.

Christopher and Erica met while attending Middle Tennessee State University. They quickly fell in love. Both attending the same university, but had never spoken until they randomly bumped into each other one day while walking to class. They started talking and soon realized how much they had in common, from their love of history to a shared sense of humor. The two became inseparable, going on dates and studying together. Despite their busy schedules, they always found time for one another and created an unbreakable bond that continues to this day. Their favorite thing to do together is to cheer for the Oregon Ducks with their kids. Erica taught them to drink ginger ale through cherry Twizzlers. Christopher knows that they will eventually grow into the more refined taste of pairing their Coca-Cola with white chocolate Kit Kats the way he does, though.

DJ’s, Photo Booths & Lighting always gets everyone out onto the dance floor and KEEPS them there! DJ Ted knows exactly how to get people on their feet and in the party mood! We’re pretty sure that at one point there wasn’t a single person in the room who was sitting down!!

Just before it was time to send the newlyweds off on their honeymoon Erica asked if anyone wanted a beautiful bouquet. Of course with blooms that pretty there was quite a crowd! In the end it was the groom’s favorite cousin who ended up catching the prized bouquet. GREAT CATCH!! She was so excited!

Balloons by Jill created a lovely little Instagram selfie station at the far wall. Encircling a boxwood wall with confetti filled balloons in the Wild Turkey Ranch wedding colors, guests had a blast snapping shots. After all, if its not on Insta, did it even happen?

Finally, it was time for the lovebirds to leave for their honeymoon. Being sent off to loud cheers, showered with pink, white and crimson petals, Erica and Christopher made their way to their fully decorated car announcing their newlywed status.
