Hey party people! We know that you are obsessed with the instant access to everything you get by always having your device by your side. You may even be wondering why a couple would want to have an unplugged wedding, right? Well here are our top 3 reasons, and once you read them, we hope you’ll agree.
Weddings are expensive! If you were lucky enough to get an invite, chances are the couple REALLY likes you. And because they love you so much, you should actually want to be fully present in the moment with them. You just can’t do that when your distracted by your device.
Your phone or device can actually be distracting to the couple, their guests AND the photo/video team that the couple have paid thousands of dollars to document the day. Don’t be that person in the aisle with your device. Just don’t.
Again, you made the list!! Be honored by that. Weddings aren’t an everyday thing. Respect the couple’s privacy and let THEM be the first to post on social media. I promise they’ll appreciate being the ones to share a moment as intimate as their wedding ceremony first. There is a good reason why they want an unplugged wedding!
