Haley & Jordan’s romantic Nashville wedding at Saddle Woods Farm.

Haley and Jordan met while they both were working as nurses on a cardiac step-down unit. After a year of being coworkers and establishing a strong friendship they started dating. Together they enjoy the outdoor life with activities from swimming and kayaking to a stroll at the local farmers’ market. Saddle Woods Farm was clearly the perfect venue to cultivate this love for the outdoors. It was where we turned Haley and Jordans dream of a glitzy, glamorous 1920’s wedding into a roaring success!

From the moment it began…

Their wedding journey began with a breath-taking first look. Haley was an absolute vision in a wedding dress that surely almost every soon-to-be bride dreams about. The beautiful floral embellishments and invisible neckline were accentuated with hair and makeup done to perfection by Jossy Maness Beauty. We were thrilled that Haley & Jordan decided to hire Divine Images and Truth Allure Videography. They ensured that every gorgeous detail was captured.

Ceremony in the cedar glade….

The outdoor ceremony was truly a vision to behold. The dedicated crew at Weddings & Events by Raina worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was attended to. That everything was in the proper place. We made sure to fully accentuate the glamorous roaring 20’s vibe that Haley and Jordan wanted their guests to experience. For the ceremony, the beautiful bride and groom were framed by an elaborate floral masterpiece, designed by Creations by Debbie. They also provided the extensive bridal party with gorgeous, fragrant bouquets that also doubled as arrangements in the reception hall. The bridal bouquet itself was a true vision. It had every woman yearning to catch the bouquet at the end of the evening. They just wanted to be able to take a memento of these beautiful summer flowers home with them.

The elegant reception…

Guests were invited to the beautiful cedar reception barn following the conclusion of the ceremony. It was to their delight that they were greeted with a room that was truly transformed into a Roaring 1920’s. Complete with copious billows of sheer drapery from Nashville Event Draping, accentuating the ostrich feather and floral centerpieces. The table settings were decked out with gold lotus leaf chargers. There were little thank you notes to each guest tied to their fork. All in attendance felt welcomed to sit and enjoy the decadent decor and celebratory feel of this amazing wedding day. Between the incredible designer’s eye of the Weddings & Events by Raina team. The impeccable selections available at Southern Events Party Rentals. And the bride’s vision of her day. We were truly able to make this event an over the top affair.

Everyone enjoyed signature cocktails provided by Concoctions. As well as the creative coffee and cocoa blends. They were powered up while rocking it out on the dance floor to the musical selections by DJ Dingo. The tunes had guests of all ages up and dancing all night long. Truly showcasing the pure joy that everyone felt at being able to celebrate this glorious occasion. Especially after having to postpone due to COVID back in January.

The wedding cakes…

The delectable spread prepared by Chef Penelope’s Catering is always a crowd pleaser. They drew guests back to the buffet multiple times, unable to get enough the delicious cuisine.

The real showstoppers, however, were the wedding cake and grooms cake. They were created especially for them by the creative cake artists at Nashville Sweets. The groom is a huge Beatles fan. He had an entirely musical themed cake complete with tiny instruments intricately made from sugar and icing. The wedding cake was equally as gorgeous. It featured a midnight sky with a topper of Haley and Jordan dancing off into the stars. I believe Frank Sinatra said it best when he crooned, “Fly me to the moon. Let me play among the stars…” And, we will let you in on a little secret…these beautiful cakes tasted just as amazing as they looked.

The send off…

A beautiful sparkler send off ended this dreamy evening at Saddle Woods Farm. The bride and groom headed off to the tropical paradise of Bora Bora after their send off. The entire evening was a glamorous success that truly encompassed everything that Haley & Jordan envisioned for their big day. The entire team at Weddings & Events by Raina certainly felt honored to have been a part of this elegant Roaring 1920’s wedding.
