This spring wedding at Birchwood was enchanting!

Liz and Cade’s spring wedding at The Venue at Birchwood was enchanting. We are grateful to have had Amelia J. Moore Photography skillfully photographing every detail as they created cherished memories with their loved ones.

The day began with skilled stylists meticulously attending to the bride and her maids, primping and pampering. From flawlessly styled hair to impeccably applied makeup…they were undeniably stunning!

Pop the Champagne! She’s Changing Her Last Name!!

The morning of the wedding was filled with excitement as the bride and her bridesmaids prepared for the big day. As they got ready together, laughter and chatter filled the room. The bride then popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate the special occasion. Raising her glass along side her bridesmaids flutes, she thanked them for being by her side.

Throughout the planning process and their friendship over the years had clearly meant a lot. As they clinked glasses, they all took a moment to reflect on the journey that led them to this day. It was a beautiful moment of love, support, and anticipation for what was to come. With each sip of champagne, the bride and her bridesmaids were reminded of how lucky they were to have each other in their lives. This small but meaningful toast set the tone for an unforgettable wedding day full of love and cherished memories.

Liz Dons The Dress

After finishing with hair, makeup, Liz took some special moments with her mother, Julianne. Helping her into her stunning bridal gown, it was a beautiful, tearful memory they will always treasure. As she walked, the gown seemed to float, providing her with an enchanting and ethereal presence. With its delicate straps, intricate lace, and sparkling beading, she truly embodied the image of a princess. I’m sure you’ll agree… she was an absolute showstopper!

First Look with Bridesmaids

Liz excitedly shared a first look with her bridesmaids. As she stepped from behind the curtain revealing her stunning wedding dress the look of amazement and admiration on their faces brought tears to her eyes. Feeling like a princess, the joy and love in that moment was truly magical. This first look not only allowed Liz to showcase her beautiful dress, but also symbolizes the beginning of a new chapter. It is a cherished memory that she will hold close to her heart forever.

Cade Suits Up

As Liz busied herself with getting ready, Cade was busy suiting up. We couldn’t help but notice how incredibly dapper he looked. Don’t you agree? It’s safe to say that while Cade won’t be able to take his eyes off Liz, the feeling will undoubtedly be reciprocated!

First Look with Dad

Liz eagerly awaited the moment she would share a first look of her stunning wedding dress with her father, Jeff. His eyes filled with tears as he saw his little girl in all her bridal glory. The love and gratitude Liz had for her father was clear. Anyone present could see the pride and happiness radiating from her father’s face. They hugged tightly, both overcome with emotion at this special moment before the ceremony. This intimate exchange will be a memory that they both hold close to their hearts forever. It was a beautiful reminder of the strong bond they shared.

The Venue at Birchwood

The Venue at Birchwood is a stunning event space that offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Located in the heart of Middle Tennessee, this venue is surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views, providing the perfect backdrop for any special occasion. The interior boasts high vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and an abundance of natural light that adds to the overall warm and inviting atmosphere. Truly the perfect venue for a romantic spring wedding filled with wildflowers and whimsy.

The Wedding Ring

Everyone kept asking to see Liz’s engagement ring. Why wouldn’t they? It was absolutely lovely. A gorgeous solitaire perfectly paired with the gold band selected to match Cade’s perfectly.

First Look

Before the ceremony, Cade and Liz shared a private first look. Having a quiet, intimate moment together before the hustle and bustle of the big day begins was so important. Expressing their love and excitement for what’s to come. Admiring Liz’s stunning gown. Liz taking in her handsome soon-to-be husband. A private first look is a wonderful way to start off your life together before they say “I do.”

The Bridal Party

The bridesmaids matched in color but were mismatched in style. This which created a delightful visual. They perfectly complimented the beautiful bride. The groom and groomsmen wore matching black suits all looking incredibly handsome. They looked absolutely perfect for this beautiful spring wedding. And they were such a fun group! They didn’t stop dancing, singing and joking around keeping the atmosphere light and festive the entire day.

The Wedding Ceremony

The chapel at The Venue at Birchwood was the perfect backdrop for their spring wedding at Birchwood. Their gold circular arch was delicately decorated with sprays of wildflowers that matched the flower filled lanterns lining the aisle. This picturesque place was beautifully crafted with intricate architectural details and lots of soft, natural light. Creating a romantic atmosphere with whitewashed walls and dark wood pews it is such a romantic place for a ceremony.

Sweetest Bridal Party Members

We need to put the spotlight on these adorable little angels. Amelia and Jordan adore Liz and Cade! They took their wedding duties with the utmost seriousness. Focused on doing the very best job as they walked down the aisle, they cheered the loudest when Liz and Cade were pronounced husband and wife. Just the cutest, sweetest little kiddos ever!

The Floral Decor

The gorgeous peach, orange, yellow blue and white bouquets created by Vintage Floral Designs were accented with lush greenery. These beautiful bouquets were the perfect accent for a whimsical spring wedding. Such a stunning array of blossoms! Featuring tall bursts of blooms at the tables designated for parents offset by long farm tables with wildflowers and candles, the entire affect was incredibly romantic. Perfect for a spring wedding at Birchwood!

Eat, Drink and Be Merry!

The Drinking Well offered seasonal signature cocktails, perfect for a spring wedding at Birchwood in conjunction with delicious bites from Chef Penelope’s Catering. Everything from Nashville’s signature sides to fan favorites like sliders and tacos were on offer. Enjoying the four different stations, each with a different theme, the guests were well fed and glad to enjoy.

Everybody Loves Cake

Kaitlin Hayes Desserts created a beautiful cake for Liz and Cade’s wedding day. Traditional French vanilla highlighted with strawberry and lemon…refreshing and delightful! Talk about the perfect flavor combination for a spring wedding at Birchwood. They were all too excited to cut into it, too!

First Dance

Cade and Liz are undeniably the perfect pair. Their compatibility is unparalleled, as if they were custom-made for each other. Their genuine affection and unwavering support make them the epitome of a sweet couple, radiating warmth and love wherever they go. This made their first dance as husband and wife even more special, bringing smiles to all who were present.

The Daddy/Daughter Dance

This heartwarming tradition never fails to bring tears to our eyes. Liz and her Dad, Jeff, shared a special bond that was truly undeniable. As they danced, it was evident that Liz holds a special place in her father’s heart. The way he looked at her with so much love made it clear that she was not just his daughter, but the apple of his eye.

The Mother/Son Dance

LeeAnn’s dance with her eldest son was something straight out of a music video. Quite literally.

Everyone was expecting a traditional mother/son dance, however, they had a special surprise for everyone there. They reenacted the entire Thrilled video! Jamming to this Michael Jackson hit to the wild cheers of the crowd was something no one will ever forget!!

The Happy Couple

Liz and Cade’s love story is truly something special. From the first moment they laid eyes on each other, there was an instant connection that could not be ignored. Their love is built upon a strong foundation of respect, trust, and understanding. They support each other in every aspect of their lives and have a deep admiration for one another’s passions and dreams. Their relationship is filled with so much love and tenderness, it’s impossible not to feel their beautiful connection when they are together. They have overcome challenges and obstacles, but their love has only grown stronger through it all. Liz and Cade are a true testament to the power of true love and their bond will continue to withstand the test of time.

Sparkler Send Off

At last, the moment arrived for the newlyweds to leave for their honeymoon. Amidst exuberant cheers and a cascade of sparkles, Cade and Liz made their way to their little FIAT convertible, adorned in decorations that proudly proclaimed their newly married status.
