TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center joined forces with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to raise funds supporting cutting-edge research and essential patient services. It was an unforgettable evening—the Ladies’ Night Out fundraiser at Steel Magnolia Barn. Mark your calendars for next September and don’t miss out on the fun!
A Night to Remember
Taking place at the enchanting Steel Magnolia Barn, the evening was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and a shared purpose—to support those battling leukemia and lymphoma. Whether you’re a philanthropist, cancer survivor, or someone whose life has been impacted by cancer, this annual event offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to a cause that truly matters.
About the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Setting the Scene
The Ladies Night Out fundraising event for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society certainly lit up the night! Held at the elegantly decorated Steel Magnolia Barn, which was festively dressed by Weddings & Events by Raina with splashes of pink, beautiful blooms by Flowers by Delfino and glittery disco balls all bathed in the glow of warm candlelight. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails from Dixie Em’s Bartending, a mouthwatering dinner from The Alley on Main, a lively dance floor, and a thrilling silent auction—all in support of an incredible cause.
Event Highlights
Exclusive Reception
- Guests enjoyed a warm welcome with signature cocktails from Dixie Em’s Event Bartending. Appetizers as they mingled followed by a delectable dinner with fellow supporters was provided by The Alley on Main. Then, of course, cake! It wouldn’t be a party without decadent desserts from Jenifer’s Cakes.
Live Entertainment
- Attendees danced the night away. Choice DJ always keeps the dance floor packed creating joyful memories for a worthy cause.
Silent Auction:
- Bidding on unique items and experiences, with all proceeds directly benefiting LLS really got heated! Right down to the last minute guests kept bidding then took a victory lap on the dance floor claiming their winnings as their names were announced.
Inspirational Speakers:
- Moving stories from cancer survivors and researchers, highlighted the impact of the contributions made. Jennifer Hays, Director of Radiation Oncology, Kasey Ladner from the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Natalie Whitmer from HCA Healthcare and Chelsea Trout, a cancer survivor all drove home the important message of just how much of an impact donations and participation in events supporting LLS can make.
Selfie Station at the Photo Booth:
- Smile as you celebrate! Taking a fun selfie at the Photo Booth was pretty much irresistible for the LLS supporters. Who doesn’t love something fun for their social media, though?
Flower Bar:
- Taking home pretty posies was another special treat. Donated by Flowers by Delfino, attendees were delighted to create beautiful bouquets to bring home with them to brighten their homes and offices.
Highland Cows:
- The absolute highlight of the evening for all of the LLS supporters were the Highland Cow Selfies! Jelly Roll and Bunnie, two of the cutest Steel Magnolia Barn residents were nearly as excited as the lovely ladies posing with them. Special thanks to Mikaela Rose Photography for these fun snaps!
